You may remember we recently announced our intention to build a new junction on the A912 at the Pillars of Hercules. Work is about to start with the contractors, Realm Construction, having access to the site from Monday 20th January, 2020, to begin setting up. There will be limited access to the Squirrel Trail to allow this work to progress – we will keep you up to date with this both on facebook and on the Centre for Stewardship website.
We will advise of any road closures as and when they are to happen. Please note that in the meantime Pillars of Hercules customers will be able to access the Farm Shop and Café as normal but that they should park in the designated Pillars Car Parks rather than the parking area nearest the track leading to Falkland Home Farm.
This £400,000 improvement project is possible thanks to the Fife LEADER Funding Programme which is supported by the Scottish Government and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, an investment from Falkland Estate Trust and a contribution from Pillar of Hercules Organic Farm Shop and Café.
Thank you for your cooperation.
