Pop Up Restaurant @ The Stables

For our December pop up, we welocme back the talented team of Falkland Kitchen Farm in the kitchen. Not only are they amazing in the kitchen, they also grow most of their own produce. They have been farming a 5 acre organic market garden on Falkland Estate since 2014. Their seed to plate philosophy can be seen in the food that they produce. Roasted parsnip soup with nutmeg, creme fraiche and toasted chestnuts

Dunsyre Blue croquettes with red grape chutney and rocket leaves 

Main

Braised and roated aromatic duck with spiced red cabbage, pomme puree and winter brassicas

Roasted beetroot and balsamic tarte-tatin with goats cheese, spiced red cabbage, pomme puree and winter brassicas

Dessert 

Warm cranberry sponge cake with cinnamon custard

or

Mulled pears with berry sorbet, toasted oats and italian meringue

The dining experience will be a relaxed and social one at communal tables, with each table holding up to 6 guests. We will provide glasses for you to bring your own bottle on the night with no corkage charged. The menu is priced at £30 per person, which can be paid electronically at time of booking or in cash on the night.
