Pop-up Restaurant @ The Stables

For our November pop up we have the talented team of Falkland Kitchen Farm in the kitchen. Not only are they amazing in the kitchen, they also grow most of their own produce. They have been farming a 5 acre organic market garden on Falkland Estate since 2014. Their seed to plate philosophy can be seen, or more accurately tasted, in the food that they produce. Starters
A selection of regional Persian appetisers to be shared at the table, including:

Roasted aubergine baba ganoush, Iranian herb tortilla (kudu), griddled baby carrots with smoky butter bean puree, warm sesame flatbread, herbed feta and lightly pickled vegetables

Mains
A selection of regional Persian dishes to be shared at the table, including:

Lamb khoresh with crispy shallots, Iranian herbs and yoghurt, Persian spiced chicken with barberries, tahdig potato rice, wilted whole spinach with labneh

Winter vegetable khoresh with crispy shallots, Iranian herbs and yoghurt, Persian spiced cauliflower with barberries, tahdig potato rice, wilted whole spinach with labneh

Dessert

Warm spiced apples, cardamon and pistachio donut, saffron ice cream and rose petals

The dining experience will be a relaxed and social one at communal tables, with each table holding up to 6 guests. We will provide glasses for you to bring your own bottle on the night with no corkage charged. The menu is priced at £30 per person, which can be paid electronically at time of booking or in cash on the night.
