In easy, practical steps this workshop will give you the awareness, connection and abilities to ascertain the energies of your mental, physical, emotional & intuitive bodies.
You will learn how to recognise where your current state of wellbeing is and apply techniques to significantly improve it.
Feel nourished with guided meditations and awareness raising exercises.
Please arrive punctually – there is a lot to share.
Bring water bottle and wear comfy clothing.
