Pop-up Restaurant @ The Stables

For our next Pop-up @ The Stables on April 26th and 27th we are excited to introduce you to another great chef from Fife.

Eadie Manson has been a chef for nearly 20 years. He has worked in several local Hotels and Restaurants up to 3/4 Rosette experience. He has been a lecturer for over 12 years and teaches all ranges and types of cooking. Highlights have been winning several competitions, both nationally and internationally with the Scottish culinary team, mentoring students to win individual and team competitions. Eadie has done several Cookery demonstrations all over the UK. He has also had several appearances on national tv both satellite and terrestrial. Eadie also does private dining and lessons  for the public.

Eadie will be assisted on the night by Eilidh and Terri, who are 2 HNC professional Cookery students from Fife College. They are coming to the end of their 3rd year at college. Both of the girls have been lucky enough to travel to Paris and work with QMS as well as working at the Highland show! They are 2 extremely talented and hard working students who have the ability to go as far as they want in the Hospitality industry.

The dining experience will be a relaxed and social one at communal tables, with each table holding up to 7 guests. We will provide glasses for you to bring your own bottle on the night with no corkage charged. Our April menu is priced at £30 per person which is payable in cash on the night.
