The Centre for Stewardship is excited to be offering delicious pop up dining experiences during Summer 2017. These will be held in the Stables on Falkland Estate and will feature a different guest chef each time.

The dining experience will be a relaxed and social one at communal tables, with each table holding up to 7 guests. We will provide glasses for you to bring your own bottle on the night with no corkage charged. Dinner is priced at £26 per person payable on the night.

The theme for our August night is all things local. Our guest chef for the evening is our very own Kevin Hodgson, who has created his menu inspired by the abundance of great organic produce grown and reared on Falkland Estate.


Garden pea and rocket soup with pesto
(Suitable for vegans, no gluten containing ingredients)


Falkland Estate organic slow roasted lamb with seasonal salsa verde
Served with herbed new potatoes, glazed carrots and roasted cherry tomatoes
(No gluten or dairy containing ingredients)

Summer vegetable tagine with cous cous and pitta breads
(Suitable for vegans, no gluten containing ingredients)


Lemon and raspberry cheesecake
(can be made suitable for vegans, without gluten containing ingredients on request)
