Demystify your digital camera and learn how to compose photographs that will impress your friends, family and colleagues. Take your photographic skills from fully automatic to fully in control. Landscapes, portraits, still life – all styles catered for.
Join award-winning photographer Mark Alexander as he introduces the fundamentals of photography in this one-day workshop that will reveal the significance of technique, timing and technology (old and new).

Itinerary: (times may vary depending on weather)
10.00 – 10.15: Arrive at Centre for Stewardship
10:15 – 11.00: Presentation by Mark about his photography and some basic themes
11.00 – 13.00: Break-out sessions, detailed analysis and one-to-ones
13:00 – 14.00: Lunch
14:00 – 15.30: Photography session at Falkland Estate
16.00 – Depart
This is a photography day only and photoshop tutoring is not included.
Good to have: Camera with suitable lens; tripod (if you have one); outdoor clothes including waterproof boots/wellies and examples of your work.
Not Required, but will help: Instruction manual; ND filter or grads; Remote release.
